Job Description

As the Weebly Sales Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for setting and executing the key strategic deliverables for Weeblys Ecommerce product suite across key Square divisions (such as Square Account Management team, Square Sales team, etc). This leader will align directly with Sales Leadership, Sales Training leads, and the Weebly Ecommerce Team to formalize ongoing sales training, professional development programs, and overall effectiveness for multiple teams under the sales organization. You will drive key initiatives to ensure managers and reps are achieving individual and team goals while ensuring Weebly/Square has a holistic approach to educating, promoting and consulting Square sellers on Weeblys Ecommerce features and the value proposition for our Sellers.

You will:

  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Account Management and Enterprise sales organizations to create a holistic approach to Weebly Ecommerce product sales training.

  • Ability to dive deep into the ecommerce product to gain a comprehensive understanding of its core features, integration within the Square ecosystem, and future roadmap deliverables.

  • Operate independently to design collateral (docs, decks, white papers and 1-pagers) that are well written and well designed.

  • Sit in on a Seller meetings, interviews, or calls to help give insight into the product capabilities.

  • Establish a continuous education program to update new and existing team members on new feature launches or additional integrations with the Square ecosystem.

  • Ability to operate with little oversight, not dependent on consultants for content and comfortable rolling up his/her sleeves to achieve internal goals or deliverables.

Qualifications

You:

  • Work Effectively with Senior Leaders: Can build relationships, sell and deal comfortably with executives. Can craft approaches that are perceived as positive and successful.

  • Are a fantastic public speaker. Inspirational and motivational in the classroom: comfortable delivering trainings, speaking engagements, hosting events, and managing a classroom filled with diverse background and unique content

  • Have 5+ years sales enablement experience, preferably with a successful track record of launching a sales enablement program from the ground up.

  • Have a Bachelor's degree
