Hardware PLM Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated PLM Analyst to lead the change management process for hardware products. You will be responsible for managing the PLM system for all products; this includes leading the change management process through ECOs and Deviations to Implementation. You will also help the team identify improvement opportunities and build tools to drive efficiency/accuracy for material management, process, and tracking activities at the factories for both NPI and sustaining.
Work cross-functionally with engineering and operations to develop BOMs: creation of documentation and part numbers as well as BOM structure
Initiate and manage ECOs to document and communicate changes of the BOM to our contract manufacturers
Assist PLM Administrator on process / maintenance of system, including system training
Build strong relationships with our contract manufacturers to roll out changes and track implementation to closure
Conduct regular audits of our contract manufacturers BOMs and change management process
Collaborate with the cross-functional team to identify improvements to our business processes to drive best practices.
Support the cross functional team with consistent documentation and reporting
Maintain all PLM content to comply with regulatory requirements
Bachelor’s degree plus minimum 5 years experience in a supply chain or similar operations role.
Experience with BOM (Bill of Materials) management for consumer electronics products using a PLM system
Great attention to detail with strong written/verbal communication skills
Exceptional analytical and Excel skills
