Investigate orders in real time to detect and intervene in fraudulent activity
Help Caviar maintain a high quality bar for our courier fleet
Drive real-time analysis and problem-solving of orders to provide optimal solutions for Caviar stakeholders
Contribute to high impact projects
Strategically think about operational improvements and efficiencies
Friendly and customer service oriented demeanor
Doing what it takes to meet and exceed expectations
Attention to detail, making sure nothing gets missed
Ability to multitask under pressure
Restaurant industry or hospitality experience is a plus
Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule (night and weekend shifts apply)
