In support of the End User Computing 3-year roadmap:

• Subject matter expert for project initiation phase in the End-user computing domain (EUC).
• Active participation in the planning of project activities
• Perform interviews and workshops to understand the current state of the EUC service line.
• Assess the list of packaged applications and define the re-packaging approach
• As a technical expert; Participate in the elaboration of technical requirements and vendor selection for ‘request for proposal’ (RFP) documents.
• Propose a solution and deployment approach to achieve EUC service line vision.

Describe the qualifications and skills required to perform the work:
• 5+ years’ work experience as a technical business analyst in End-user computing space
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies like Windows 10, application packaging, Intune, Auto-Pilot, application store.
• Solid analytical skills and proficient in organizing and driving workshops
• Good knowledge about the technical aspects of systems and ability to provide guidance and direction on how requirements can be met
• Proven aptitude for organizing and prioritizing work effectively (Must be able to meet deadlines)
• Based in America time zones.
• Experience working in a large global company and available for flexible working hours (project team members are in Australia, North America, Europe and India)
