Job Description

Role/Title: Procurement Analyst [Entry level]

Location – Las Vegas, NV USA

Tenure – As of now 6 months, can get extended into other areas depending on the work done.

 

Job Description:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role (e.g. finance).
  • Basic knowledge of and experience with analytical functionality within Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, nested IF statements, pivot tables, and filters.
  • Ability to perform various financial analyses where required (e.g., analyzing historical data, supplier landscape, etc.).
  • Ability to organize, interpret, and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Ability to identify and assess patterns, trends, root causes, develop explanations and test solutions.
  • Ability to identify and assess problems and solutions, refer to applicable policies, identify options, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently demonstrate a proactive problem-solving approach, as well as follow-through in the performance of all tasks, projects, and communications.
  • Detailed knowledge of procurement and analytics systems.
  • Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, and escalate conflicts and issues appropriately.
  • Flexibility to meet changing needs and requirements of the business.
  • Demonstrated achievements that leverage an understanding of the customer, the industry and key business drivers to generate breakthrough ideas that create sustainable value.
  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
