We classify and clarify the complex world of sports technology, through novel research, through our global network of companies, and through innovative online data tools that deliver actionable insights to our members. The User Experience Designer will work collaboratively with the product team to ensure web products deliver the highest quality experience consistent with Sports Innovation Lab’s brand and expected by our customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced, start up environment.

Position reports to the Product Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create great user experiences with strong product and visual design
• Lead the full design process from wireframes, to prototypes to design specs
• Participate in strategy and brainstorm sessions with the product team to help articulate and define goals
• Work closely with developers to turn your designs into real products
• Contribute wireframes, user flows, interaction prototypes, and other design specification materials

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Proven track record of working collaboratively with developers
• A track record of consistently great work, and a portfolio to prove it
• Ability to explain and sell design decisions to clients and stakeholders
• Experience in client services strongly preferred

Ability to implement designs using HTML and CSS (Sass), and iavascript is a huge plus
