Successful web developers at the Sports Innovation Lab are able to rapidly build high quality data driven web applications. The ideal candidate thrives in the fast paced environment of an early stage company and is seeking an opportunity to work closely with the core team in evolving the platform. You will work within a small collaborative team where everyone is expected to take full ownership and contribute to making great products.

Position reports to the CTO.

* Experience or interest in languages and frameworks such as Ruby, Go, Python, React, and/or R

* Excellent knowledge of HTML, Sass, JavaScript, SQL

* Proven track record of delivering data-driven products

* Proven track record of driving projects through to completion

* Extensive experience in deployment, performance, debugging, refactoring, design patterns, and other programming practices.

* Commitment to continuous improvement and learning

* Experience building automation tools such as Slack bots is a plus

Prior experience building hyper-dynamic sites using Content as a Service platforms, JAMStack/Middleman/Hugo is a huge plus.
