ABOUT US:

To strengthen our experienced teams, we are looking for an End User Support Engineer that will join our office in Ljubljana. You will work individually but you will be a part of the international IT support team in the Sportradar Group.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Being the 1 level of tech support
  • Managing day to day IT operations
  • Facilitate IT procurement, desktop support and active directory among other duties
  • Collaboration with our global development teams

ABOUT YOU:

  • Master or Bachelor Degree in computer science or an equivalent
  • Strong background in Microsoft products required (Windows Server, Office, Windows 10, Azure, WSUS)
  • Antivirus Software
  • Asset management tools
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Positive, team player with a can-do attitude

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS: 

  • Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations. 
  • Online Interview: A video interview with the Hiring Manager to discuss your experience in more depth, learn how you work, and answer any questions you may have about the position.
  • Assignment: A short (home) task to showcase your skills. 
  • Onsite Interview: An in‑person meeting with the Hiring Manager and members of the local team, where you will walk them through your assignment, discuss your solution, and explore team fit
  • Finals Steps: Receive feedback and, if successful, an offer!
