Job Description
ABOUT US:
Become a key contributor within our engineering enablement team, taking on a central role in building an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) that empowers software teams to deliver faster, more securely, and with less operational overhead. We’re seeking someone with a preferably software engineering background who understands developer workflows, is passionate about automation, and thrives on making complex systems accessible and reliable for all.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Work alongside development teams to design, automate, and scale resilient infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines optimized for rapid, secure delivery.
- Develop reusable frameworks and abstractions that remove friction in deploying, running, and monitoring services — enabling developers to focus on creating outstanding products.
- Drive the adoption of engineering best practices by mentoring peers, shaping standards, and transforming outdated processes into modern, maintainable solutions.
- Contribute to automation initiatives to minimize manual tasks, reduce operational risk, and ensure consistency across both legacy and new applications.
- Engage proactively with engineering teams to gather feedback and continuously evolve our platform, tooling, and developer experience.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience in software engineering, with hands-on exposure to building and supporting production-grade systems.
- Understanding of Kubernetes and cloud platforms (preferably AWS); comfortable deploying and operating scalable, resilient workloads.
- Expertise in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) and a natural inclination toward automation.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (Python, Go, Bash, etc.).
- Comprehensive grasp of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security best practices.
- Collaborative and communicative — adept at mentoring teammates, advocating for modern engineering practices, and thriving in cross-functional squads.
- Motivated by the opportunity to build internal platforms that abstract complexity and enhance developer productivity at scale.
OUR OFFER:
- A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Engineering offices in Europe, Asia and US) including various social events and teambuilding.
- Flexibility to manage your workday and tasks with autonomy.
- A balance of structure and autonomy to tackle your daily tasks.
- Vibrant and inclusive community, including Women in Tech and Pride groups which welcome all participants.
- Global Employee Assistance Programme.
- Calm and Reulay app (leading well-being apps designed to support focus, quality rest, mindfulness, and long-term mental resilience).
- Online training videos.
- Flexible working hours.
While we appreciate the flexibility and benefits of working from home, we strongly believe that coming together in person fosters stronger connections, encourages collaboration, and drives innovation—both as individuals and as a company. The energy, shared ideas, and team support we experience in the office strengthen the foundation of our success and culture. For this reason, we are an office-first business operating on a hybrid model, with team members working in the office three days a week to build relationships, exchange ideas, and grow together.
OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
- Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
- Technical Interview: A technical discussion with the hiring manager to assess your core skills and experience.
- Scenario-Based Technical Interview: A deep dive into technical problem-solving through real-world scenarios.
- Culture Fit Interview: An opportunity to meet the team and ensure alignment with our values and working style.
- Finals Steps: Receive feedback and, if successful, an offer!
