Job Description

Overview

Investigations & Intelligence Support Services (IISS) is a sub-unit of Integrity Services. IISS provides a centralised intelligence and investigation capability, designed to protect the Group, enable informed decision-making and safeguard its people, assets, and reputation. IISS is a high-impact function that integrates investigative expertise, tactical and strategic intelligence, travel and executive security, and enterprise risk monitoring.

 

The Intelligence Specialist, IISS, will contribute to all aspects of the Group’s intelligence and investigation activity, working across internal investigations and intelligence support, executive security and travel risk management. This role suits those seeking to start and develop a professional career in intelligence and investigation who will thrive working in a ground-breaking and fast-paced company.

 

THE CHALLENGE

  • Support due diligence products and complex intelligence-led investigations using an all-source approach
  • Perform Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) research and analysis to support investigations and due diligence projects
  • Produce a variety of intelligence products, including both short and extensive written reports
  • Develop and maintain intelligence holdings and datasets, conducting regular OSINT monitoring
  • Provide administrative, coordination and logistical support to the Integrity Services team
  • Work closely across multiple Group functions and departments to protect and enhance Group business operations

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Highly self-motivated, leading by example with enthusiasm and an inquisitive mind
  • Ability to interpret and use data sources with a good aptitude for analysis and good problem-solving skills
  • Be able to quickly understand and use platforms and systems
  • Demonstrable expertise in OSINT tools, techniques and methodologies is an advantage
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Operational experience in research, due diligence, intelligence or investigations from areas such as law enforcement, journalism, corporate intelligence, financial fraud or cyber security is desirable but not necessary
  • Experience in handling and analysing diverse and large data sets is desirable but not necessary
  • Meticulous notetaking, record-keeping and organisation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and SharePoint
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings and hypotheses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, other languages will be considered a plus
  • Strict personal standards of confidentiality and security
  • Broad understanding of global sport
