Our Trading Services team is looking for a Trading Support Assistant

We would be happy to welcome you to our experienced Live Trading Support team within the Trading Services department. The role will be focused on providing support to key clients and internal departments on an international scale. As the Trading Support Assistant, you will be responsible for the day to day communications for the entire Support process from initial query to resolution for our B2B clients.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Written external communication with B2B clients via Live Chat (Freshchat)  to ensure that live-related customer queries are dealt with in a fast and efficient manner to the highest possible standard.
  • Forwarding deeper issues brought up by clients to our internal Helpdesk system (Freshdesk)
  • Forwarding non-live related requests to other support channels (PreMatch or 1st Level Support channel) in Freshchat.
  • Written clear and efficient internal communication within the team and other teams (LO, Mon, 1st Level, Production etc.) via MS Teams and Slack to ensure client queries are answered in a timely manner. 
  • Assist in the internal reporting, for example in regards to workflows, potential bugs of tools used or special client concerns, in order to make the work for everybody more efficient and convenient and in the process further improve client experience. 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Excellent communication skills with teammates and clients, keeping everyone in the know and letting the team know when help is needed.
  • Very good English skills (especially in writing), other languages as a bonus.
  • Understanding of sports betting or willingness to learn and grow your knowledge.
  • Understanding of Sportradar products and interfaces (ideally).
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving live trading environment, prioritizing tasks and making decisions.
  • Willingness to work on weekends (shift-based)
