Ad:s is a data-driven marketing and sponsorship solution designed to help deliver significant efficiency improvements against marketing investments. The ad:s team develops and provide fully customisable purpose-built, proprietary tools and services to meet the individual marketing needs of sportsbooks and publishers. Through our broad sales network, relationships and vast infrastructure that extends across the globe, the team also facilitates sponsorship opportunities for bookmakers. The Programmatic Partnerships Manager will play a key role in identifying and managing the supply connected to our in-house DSP covering web display, OLV, In-App, Audio, CTV and DOOH. You will be partnering with new and existing suppliers at the SSP/Exchange/Direct Publisher level and data/audience partnerships across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and NAMER. As a gatekeeper for our Supply, you will be translating client requirements and aligning supply accordingly to best deliver on client KPIs.

THE CHALLENGE

  • Manage and continue to build relationships with Sportradar’s top tier SSP/Exchange, data, and tech partners
  • Be adept and familiar with deal creation and curation platforms, defining approval lists, and navigating the world of deals (open, private, curated marketplace, data/audience controlled)
  • Relish problem-solving by showcasing your knowledge of programmatic offerings and technical know-how, and in turn, educate and upskill other teams.
  • Be comfortable explaining offerings and solutions internally and externally across any programmatic subject from basic programmatic educational pieces to other topics such as ad fraud, arbitrage, and MFA.
  • Identify potential new opportunities and negotiate direct publisher partnerships, making sure those relationships support key growth and product initiatives of the company.
  • Define, communicate, and build out strategies for who we work with and why, for any given platform and format, in any designated territory for our ever-evolving client roster.
  • Be an internal evangelist, specifically towards our existing and new business sales teams, for these partnerships and get them excited about our technology and deliverable offerings
  • Gather market and customer information from partners and provide feedback on programmatic buying trends, partner product developments, private exchanges, and premium programmatic initiatives
  • Design and deliver business reviews, performance updates, and growth opportunity presentations to partnerships and key internal contacts

ABOUT YOU:

  • 5+ years experience in programmatic advertising from at least 2 of the following: SSP or Exchange, DSP, Publisher, Data Provider, Digital Agency, Arbitrage/Adfraud, fighting ad-fraud, Technical Account management
  • In depth of knowledge of ad tech including advertising/publisher business models, technical understanding of ad serving, wrapper technology, header bidding, media trading, SPO, the programmatic ecosystem, ad fraud, arbitrage, SSPs/DSPs, RTB and/or other related digital advertising technology,
  • A track record of forging strong relationships with partners at all levels, understanding their objectives and influencing them to make desired decisions
  • Data-driven in decision-making; providing proof for your proposals and suggestions
  • Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving capabilities coupled with attention to detail
  • A strong verbal and written communicator in English and a past wxperience working with multicultural and international teams
  • Have the inquisitive nature to kick the tyres on everything within your assigned reach and ascertain the real value of any offer
  • Able to present complex information into understandable, comprehensible information with actionable recommendation
