Job Description
As part of one of the fastest growing digital sports companies in the world, you will be responsible for extending our existing product offering beyond iGaming. This will include, but is not limited to, areas such as social casino games, sports ticketing, merchandising, and sports subscriptions like video-on-demand. As the Product Manager in a high-impact role, you will take the strategic vision of senior management and stakeholders, add your expertise in product development, and translate that into actionable tasks for the development team.
Our company has built an innovative marketing automation platform that connects fans with the sports content they love across multiple channels, including programmatic advertising, social media, and search advertising. You will help us expand this success into new verticals.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Lead the international growth of new products in emerging sports and entertainment markets
- Be innovative in your approach and technically adept in product management
- Foster cross-team collaboration, building consensus and communicating a clear vision across departments
- Tackle the complex challenges of scaling data, products, and platforms across a global footprint in a fast-paced environment
- Take operational responsibility for defining and expanding the product scope beyond sports betting, into new verticals such as social gaming, sports ticketing, and subscriptions
- Work closely with a highly skilled team of industry experts, developers, and other stakeholders to drive product success
YOUR PROFILE:
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in software, technology, program, or product management, preferably within online businesses or digital platforms
- Strong experience in product development roles (3+ years) with proficiency in testing (multivariate testing, A/B testing, acceptance testing) and data-driven product enhancement techniques
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies with a proven track record of managing complex projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of guiding a self-organized, agile development team
Preferred:
- Solid understanding of the dynamics of advertising
- Experience in gaming, sports or related industries
- Experience in developing products for multiple sectors, particularly within gaming, sports, or digital subscriptions
- Ability to create and present comprehensive narratives on product opportunities and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders
- Agility in planning, execution, and delivery across a range of business models
- Familiarity with growth and design thinking metrics like AARRR (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral – Revenue) or Google’s HEART framework

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
