THE ROLE:

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer - Web Development (m/f/d) at Sportradar, you will tackle all aspects of building scalable and performant services, from overall system architecture, data layout, and data pipelines to API design and front-end UI, helping your team deliver functional excellence and value to our customers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute and grow as part of a small, self-organised, agile software development team 
  • Build our advertising technologies - from understanding and helping to shape the requirements to creating fully functional user-facing software 
  • Participate in designing and developing highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems while keeping your focus on quality, observability, and security 
  • Coach and develop team members by providing feedback and technical guidance 

YOUR PROFILE:

You do not have to meet all the points below. The more experience and/or interest you have in these topics, the more likely it is you will enjoy working with our stack. 

  • 3+ years of professional experience in agile software development, working on complex systems that serve many users
  • Extensive professional experience developing in one or more high-level programming languages (JS/TS, Python or Go)
  • Professional experience with front-end and back-end related technologies in modern software development. 
  • Experience utilising databases, SQL or NoSQL 
  • Experience building microservice-oriented solutions in the cloud  
  • Strong consumer focus, ownership, and communication 
  • Passion for clean code and testing 
  • Deep understanding of OOP fundamentals 
  • Keen interest in new technologies and learning

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
