OVERVIEW:  

This is an exciting opportunity to join our new business sales team on a Sales Support Specialist role in our Vienna office.   

You will be part of an international team supporting our Commercial team along all stages of the sales cycle, cooperating with the client setup, service activations, contracting, legal & billing teams on your daily tasks. Ensuring smooth flow of the processes from the lead to launch & handling post-sale administrative tasks will be a key part of the challenge.   

We are looking for an enthusiastic, solution-oriented, reliable, and eager to excel in every task individual. Our international environment, broad selection of tech products and services, and high variety of day-to-day activities make this position diverse and challenging.  

  

THE CHALLENGE:  

  • 360° support of our commercial team. You will:  
  • Support sales team in forecast management and work on constant improvement of the forecast accuracy  
  • Cooperate with multiple internal departments on various post-sale administrative processes.  
  • Work closely with our billing team by managing invoice requests on active contracts.  
  • Assist on all stages of the sales funnel, focusing on admin tasks in our CRM system.  
  • Prepare periodical reports, ad-hoc data reports and presentations    
  • Use multiple internal tools (Salesforce, QlickSense, JIRA, MS Suit with a strong focus on Excel) in your day-to-day tasks  

  

YOUR PROFILE:   

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a business-related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.  
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel).  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Familiar with CRM systems, Salesforce experience preferred.  
  • Strong attention to detail & strive to get things right under tight deadlines  
  • Well organized and structured approach to tasks.  
  • An “I’ll get-it-done” & “there’s no problem without a solution” attitude in everything you do.   
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
