Job Description
Sportradar is a worldwide leader in sports data and audiovisual services for bookmakers and a global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data and digital content for its clients around the world. We provide cutting-edge solutions and services to media companies, bookmakers, sports federations and state authorities.
You will be part of an international team, collaborating with Support, Client Services and Production teams. You will work with these teams to resolve and manage queries, establish and improve processes, and develop the skills and knowledge to support all AV Products.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Improve data accuracy input and help build reports that will help the product sales team in their daily sales activities
- Prepare product-specific ad hoc reports, analysis and product sales info sheets to assist the product sales team and unit management
- Conduct market research and facilitate a feedback loop between product teams
- Support the several product teams with monitoring contracts that are due to be renewed, as well as new deals in the pipeline
- Proactively manage revenue accuracy within the team. Ensuring alignment and governance across delivery, contracts, and invoicing
- Provide operational support in product rollout to the market by coordinating all the involved internal Stakeholders from the product teams, sales regions, marketing and many more
- Organize & facilitate meetings (agenda alignment, QA, management of participants), workshops and other events.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or equivalent
- First working experience throw internship in the Sports, Betting or Media industry
- Be an energetic self-starter with the ability to take ownership, manage risk and be accountable for deliverables
- Process analysis, optimization and creation is important for you
- Experience in project management
- Passion for sport (active and/or passive)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and spoken English skills are required
