Sportradar has entered an era of exciting business growth and, as such, we are hiring a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner who will define and execute against our hiring plans and expansion of our Delivery & Operations Division. 

Our Talent Acquisition team is a fun, global and diverse multilingual group of recruiters who are passionate about attracting and hiring the right people for a fast-growing global business.

THE CHALLENGE: 

• Become the trusted TA Partner for our Delivery & Operations Division (split among multiple locations) 

• Nurture relationships and engagement with senior and local leadership 

• Hands on delivery-focused hiring across Engineering & Product  

• Take ownership of the full life-cycle hiring process 

• Implement localized processes and conduct team and hiring manager trainings  

• Build a data-driven approach to recruiting and align this globally

• Support Employer Branding initiatives

YOUR PROFILE: 

• Deep knowledge and experience in a full 360 recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation, and offer creation at all levels across Engineering & Product roles

• Results-driven, with a can-do attitude. Thrive on challenges outside your comfort zone, not afraid to get fully involved, and an outside-the-box thinker with a great sense of humor

• Ability to handle various pressure situations and manage workload through proper prioritization

• Self-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding high-performance standards

• Eager to provide cover support when there are gaps in the wider recruiting team

• Fluency in English; additional languages would be a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and most importantly, a positive attitude and high energy! 

• Culturally sensitive and aware—we're proudly multinational, and our strength comes from leveraging this diversity

• Experience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and consulting senior management

• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment across multiple time zones
