Job Description

As the Head of People Operations, you will be responsible for managing People Operations team and partnering with People Advisory Managers across the globe, advising our global Divisional People Partners as well as managers in all aspects of HR operations, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives. This role requires a operational mindset, strong leadership abilities, deep knowledge of HR Operating model, best practices at the market and compliance, data security regulations specific to HR Life-cycle service model.

 

THE CHALLENGE:

  • HR Life Cycle Processes Optimization: Develop, implement, and continuously improve people operations processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and leverage technology to automate routine tasks where possible. Partner with People Advisory leaders and Divisional People Partners to identify potential administrative tasks to be centralized.
  • First level of support: for People Advisors supporting employees, enhancing employee experience around:
    • On and Offboarding,
    • Background check screening
    • Performance cycle
    • Workday case management and Workday updates
    • Travel System management
    • HR Administrative processes (employment paperwork, contracts, audit support, streamlining transactional tasks and improving accuracy)​
    • Leave & Absence System accounts management,
    • ​Local SharePoint administration
    • Global benefits (once introduced)
  • Maintain and improve: Personal data accuracy, correctness and integrity in company people systems
  • Partnering: with people team leaders at VP level and CoEs leaders, People Counsel on development of the global People operating strategy. Acts as advisor on HR Life-cycle processes matters.
  • Support:
    • Global and regional projects implementation – for example: employee tickets tool via ServiceNow tool, global Benefits introduction, global Payroll harmonization, Expenses tool implementation, Records Management, and other global processes with impact on ways of working and data in Workday tool, etc.)
    • Support Audit requirements (ISO, SOX) and requirements from Data Privacy & Security, Enterprise Risk Management and People Counsel team
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Prepare and share ad-hoc reports when required, data and analytics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions. Develop and maintain People Operations metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of HR Life-cycle services, programs and initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention in dedicated team. Partner with Divisional People Partner to address areas for improvement. Identify ways to engage on-site and remote employees utilizing engagement survey results for own team. Supports team members with escalations process.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Proven experience with People Operations model and/or HR Shared Service Center for minimum of 5 years with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
  • Experienced in managing global harmonization/simplifications projects with stakeholders from multiple functions. Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong change management skills and ability to influence at required levels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret HR Life-cycle processes, identify trends, and make process simplifications-oriented decisions.
  • Customer orientation, pragmatic, quick thinking and action orientation.
  • Personal resilience, ability to work under stress and tight deadlines. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment  
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant HR software applications.
  • English fluent; Additional languages considered a plus 
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations specific to the Europe region is welcomed

 

Base pay for this position starts from 4.000 EUR / month gross. The final salary depends on the skills and requirements; there is further eligibility for a company shares + additional annual bonus that comes along with this role and is based on performance and your seniority.
