Our division, “Sportradar ad:s” provides data-driven marketing and sponsorship services to the iGaming industry, designed to help deliver significant efficiency improvements for marketing investments. The ad:s team develops and provides purpose-built tools and services to meet the individual marketing needs of sportsbooks and media publishers worldwide.
We are looking for a Senior Manager of US Programmatic Trading and Ad Operations to operate within the global ad:s department.
This will be a client-facing role focused on building and leading a programmatic trading and ad operations team, serving Sportradar’s US client base with Sportradar’s proprietary ad tech stack. This will be a key role within the global ad:s management team and the successful applicant will play an active role in strategic decisions moving forward.
The Challenge:
- Actively manage key account campaigns including strategy, media planning, campaign execution and ongoing optimization, as well as opportunities to expand client budgets based on performance
- Support the account management/client partner function with product and client knowledge, facilitating reporting requirements
- Support the sales function by contributing to building a knowledge base on programmatic trading for internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the global product development team to improve our product through understanding programmatic technology from a customer perspective and the requirements of the US market
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- 3+ years hands-on experience with programmatic trading on the demand side - no matter on which tech stack
- Prior experience of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, ideally an agency or consultative background
- Expert understanding of digital advertising business models, and strong technical understanding of programmatic buying and selling platforms, supply management, ad-tracking technologies, ad servers and conversion tracking
- Deep knowledge of programmatic campaign strategy and conversion optimization
- Experience with active client management, strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Ability to rationalize and explain decisions with supportive logic and data, deploying evidence-based planning and strategy
- Resourceful, structured problem-solving approach with excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to travel for internal and client meetings according to travel policies
- Ability to inspire confidence and quickly capture the trust and respect of the leadership team, peers, colleagues and customers
Pay Range: $100K - $115K
Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location.
