This role will report directly to the VP of People Potential and Organisational Development.

 

THE CHALLENGE:

Engagement 

  • Execute the organisation engagement survey to generate meaningful insights that drive better decision-making to enhance engagement and performance  
  • Drive leader/manager accountability for engagement including team-level action planning and execution 
  • Lead the co-ordination and communication of global actions 
  • Continue to evolve the approach, including question sets and frequency of surveys 
  • Create a feedback loop with employees, allowing them to shape and contribute to our culture strategy; curate and support existing employee-driven initiatives

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion 

  • Develop and execute the diversity, equity and inclusion strategy to foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace 
  • Engage: build awareness of DEI issues and lead global celebrations of key DEI moments (eg, International Women’s Day, Pride etc) in partnership with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).  
  • Equip: partner with Learning and Compliance teams to ensure relevant training and resources are provided to equip our leaders and players in creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace 
  • Empower: support Sportradar’s ERGs to foster a sense of community and belonging and lead the ERG Forum to promote connection and collaboration among the ERGs 
  • Embed: partner with People and Legal and Compliance teams to ensure inclusive and equitable practices are embedded into policies and processes across the employee lifecycle 
  • Evaluate: partner with People Systems and Legal to regularly measure progress and outcomes against DEI goals to drive continuous improvement 
  • Define and implement a Wellbeing strategy and program to enable sustainable high performance  

Culture 

  • Lead on designing and implementing initiatives that build a culture of one team within Sportradar 
  • Partner with wider People team, leaders and Internal Communications to continue embedding all the Sportradar values in processes, policies, ways of working and communication. 
  • Lead on global engagement initiatives and support local offices to offer engaging workplace experiences that inspire, excite and connect our players as one team with sport and our values at the heart 
  • Lead Sportradar’s global efforts to make a positive impact on the communities in which we operate, and oversee the local office community program budget 
  • Identify opportunities within our ecosystem of regional cultures to build global programs, or invest in local ones
  • Leverage our People Partners to identify culture elements and roll them out across teams and locations.
  • Work closely with the M&A team to successfully integrate acquired teams cultures, allowing them to maintain elements of their identity and align with Sportradar’s global strategy
  • Contribute to office culture and evolve our ways of working in a Hybrid Working Model

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with below activities and skills: 
  • Experience in implementing engagement surveys and associated communications and action planning.
  • Experience in leading culture initiatives including company values, developing and implementing DEI programs in a global matrix organisation and working with employee resource groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical and actionable plans.
  • Ability to lead change and project management.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement, over-payment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
