The Finance and Controlling Department is responsible for Sportradar Group accounting, including reporting, controlling, budget and bookkeeping. Finance gets things running smooth and fast.

We are currently looking for a Procurement Manager for mainly IT-based goods & services for 24 months as maternity leave coverage. The responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers to satisfy our premium quality demand as well as best ways to optimize procurement expenses.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Discover suppliers and initiate business partnerships and maintaining these relationships.
• Negotiate with external vendors.
• Setting up procurement processes and monitoring/improving on policies.
• Preparation/negotiation of contracts and tender management.
• Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
• Continuously monitor and improve the quality of service provided.
• Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
• Examine existing contracts.
• Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders/teams.
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends and innovations.
• Track costs to optimize expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Control spending.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
• Proven working experience in IT environments (Microsoft Dynamics would be a plus)
• Experience developing procurement processes
• Previous experience in procurement would be a plus
• Experience in preparing contracts and negotiating with suppliers
• Interest in the IT market
• Strong stakeholder management working across international locations
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language will be considered as a plus.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
