With the help of two student aides, three research assistants decided to use the results of Robocup's artificial intelligence research for a commercial product Now, more than ten years later SRVG has steadily increased its product portfolio and the size of its team.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Operations Manager (m/f/d) for the expansion of our Bremen team.
As the Senior Business Operations Manager, you’ll play an important role in driving the company's strategic initiatives, growth agenda and ensuring operational excellence. Besides having a strong focus on fully driving initiatives and procedures to improve day-to-day operations and being the main contact person for our business partners and partner federations like the ATP, ITF, MLB, NBA and DFL, you’ll also be the pioneer for the company commercials and contracts, directly involved in the financial analysis and forecasting and the budgeting to help to define and achieve the company financial targets. You’ll work very closely with the MD Gaming and you will support the local management team.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Oversee and actively encourage the strategic unit initiatives and the day-to-day operations with a focus on organization, culture, go-to-market and business operations
- Design and implement systems and processes to continuously improve operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure alignment with company goals and mission
- Take over commercial responsibility for our global product pricing and commercial development, the target achievement and strategy implementation
- Stay on top of customer and partnership contracts
- Be the main contact for our customers and business partners like the ATP, ITF, MLB, NBA and DFL
- Build and manage the business forecasting and review process to ensure excellence in guiding future business expectations, assessing performance, and identifying course-correcting activities, working in close cooperation with the management
- Make systematic observations, analyses and profitability checks on region, product and customer level together with our Business Development Manager and derive concrete measures and decisions from them
- Support the management in the preparation of business cases and the annual Gaming Unit financial budget.
Qualifications
- Strong proven experience in a business operations role and extensive experience as an individual contributor
- Strong commercial background along with excellent planning and organizational abilities and previous experience of successfully working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders
- Strong financial planning analytical abilities and the capacity to identify the key commercial components of a deal, such as cost models, pricing models, commercial levers, and vulnerabilities
- A high level of organization, self-initiative, and personal accountability combined with a cheerful disposition and a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire internal teams/stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- Experience with working in a high-growth Tech environment is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Computer Science or any other comparable field
- Fluent written and spoken business English round off your profile, German Knowledge is a plus
