To strengthen our experienced teams, we are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer that will join our office in Linz. You will work individually but you will be a part of the international IT support team in the Sportradar Group.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Being the first level of tech support for our employees and offices.
• Managing day to day IT operations on regular working hours.
• Desktop support.
• CLOUD Computing Technology (Service Now, O365, etc.).
• Collaboration with our global development teams.
• Being in charge for IT equipment inventory-/documentation.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in IT customer support is an advantage.
• Address user tickets regarding IT issues.
• Good knowledge IT hardware -/software.
• Knowledge in Microsoft products such as MS Azure, 365 Exchange, Office 365.
• Customer service attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Positive, team player with a can-do attitude.
