ServiceNow Developer - ITSM

Role Overview: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and script includes.
  • Integrate with third-party tools via REST/SOAP.
  • Support upgrades, testing, and user training.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years ServiceNow ITSM experience.
  • Certified Admin/Developer + CIS-ITSM preferred.
  • JavaScript, GlideScript, SQL skills.
