SUMMARY

The Project Leader, Implementation Care Technology, is responsible for overseeing the implementation and ongoing operations of Spencer Health Solutions' medication dispenser at customer sites. This role involves developing and executing project plans, ensuring smooth onboarding of patients, care professionals, and organizations. The position serves as the primary oversight for implementations and collaborates cross-functionally to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate possesses project management skills, an operational process mindset, and client management skills. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for healthcare and technology, and a desire to make a difference in patients' and care professionals’ lives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and Manage Schedules: Lead implementation projects for spencer products ensuring on-schedule delivery against quality standards and cost objectives. Collaborate with a dynamic cross functional team (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Development, QA/RA, Engineering and Product Management) to gain alignment across the organization.
  • Operational Process Development: Work directly with customers to integrate spencer seamlessly into their current operations. Including continued development and enhancement of internal processes.
  • Device Demos, Training and Onboarding: Own and manage product demonstrations, create educational content, and conduct product training to support successful customer onboarding. The training and onboard activities will be conducted for pharmacies and medication roll packagers,  care organizations and clients.
  • Ongoing Customer Monitoring and Support: Maintain a working knowledge of the technical support process, this includes having an in depth understanding of product features and how it is used by customers. Leveraging tools to routinely monitor customer experience and provide follow up support when necessary
  • Assist in Management of Third Parties: Manage third party contractors, contract manufacturers, and strategic partners to ensure accountability and timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Executive Summary Management: Provide executive summary reports with achievements, upcoming milestones, schedule blockers and escalation points. Present scenarios, options, and tradeoffs for efficient evaluation of project execution alternatives and constraints.

Functie-eisen

  • MBO(+) or Bachelor's degree:  Pharmacy Assistant, Healthcare Technology, Healthcare Management, Farmakunde business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in project management
  • Experience working directly with both marketing and client services/support teams as well as external clients to develop project implementation plans.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in deploying and utilizing schedule and resource management tools effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in a business environment, along with a proven ability to prioritize, organize and deliver commitments with partners across Europe.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to identify prescriptive actions and provide specific direction to colleagues and external partners.
  • Experience bringing program management mindset into the healthcare development space.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management.
  • Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to present project status and report on performance using KPIs and visuals.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Dutch.

PREFERRED

  • Experience in program management in software and SAAS services
  • Experience in Pharmacy and Pouch Packaging

 

Minimum working hours of 36 hours a week. Salary up to €80,000.00.
