Job Description

As the Sr. Technical Recruiter for a growth-stage health technology company, you will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions which includes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding assistance for external and/or internal candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience providing recruiting strategy and execution in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. The candidate should be an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, with a process improvement mindset.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for assigned roles
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, candidate disposition
  • Refer qualified candidates through the selection process
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned positions
  • Work directly with hiring managers during the interview process
  • Develop talent pipelines through building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, current staff, and other external resources to identify highly qualified professionals and emerging talent
  • Provides support to all recruiting activities, including updating job advertisements in the Applicant Tracking System, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, screening resumes, and monitoring background check completion
  • Source for multiple searches and support several hiring managers simultaneously
  • Assist with managing and growing our employment brand and recruiting presence across social media channels as appropriate

Qualifications

Essential

  • MUST have 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • One or more years of experience recruiting in a corporate environment preferable
  • Expertise sourcing hard to fill positions
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Excels in a team-based, collaborative environment working across the enterprise to advance the mission, values, and goals.

Preferred

  • Experience with SmartRecruiters ATS and/or Paylocity HRIS
  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Experience working in a regulated environment
  • Ability to read, understand, and execute job functions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
