As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will develop front-end interfaces for our Web application and Spencer’s embedded health hub ensuring a delightful user-friendly experience for our customers in countries around the world.  We are looking for individuals with a strong passion for user experience and problem solving in the medical device industry.  The ideal candidate will have experience with design and wireframe tools building user interfaces for both web and mobile applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, product owners and developers.
• Illustrate design ideas using story boards, process flows and site maps.
• Provide design for user interface elements ensuring a consistent user experience across Spencer products.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate user interface function, flow and look.
• Identify and troubleshoot user experience issues.

Essential

• BS/MS in Design, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Ability to distill simplicity from complex user requirements.
• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Portfolio of design projects.
• Expert in design and wireframe tools.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
• Good time management skills.

Preferred

• Experience with iOS and Android applications
• Experience with web applications.
• Experience delivering solutions in multiple languages.
