SUMMARY

As an Engineering Product Manager, you will focus on product definition and development execution of a platform that positively impacts the health of our customers in countries around the world. We are looking for individuals with a strong passion for problem-solving and developing hardware and software products in the medical device industry.  The ideal candidate will have both product and project management experience with software and hardware development teams and products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full lifecycle of medical device products while ensuring adherence to our Quality Management System.
• Analyze customer and business needs to build a product roadmap designed to delight our customers.
• Manage development execution across internal and external teams to deliver the product roadmap on time while ensuring quality products.
• Lead product and process risk assessments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS/MS in Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• 5+ years of medical device product development experience.
• Experience in leading software development teams through Agile methodologies.
• Experience in medical device regulations ISO-13485 and FDA 21. CFR 820.
• Experience with project management best practices (PMP preferred).
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
