Job Description
Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 annual
Working under the direct supervision of the General Counsel, the paralegal will provide support with operational, compliance, transactional, and administrative matters.
In this position, your main responsibilities include:
- Collect, organize, submit, and track government licensing and regulatory notices and filings.
- Manage, organize, and administer business contracts.
- Prepare, administer, and maintain corporate documents.
- Provide transactional support for Real Estate and Finance teams.
- Analyze available data, trends, and feedback, and ensure compliance with expectations for optimal operation and goal achievement.
- Act as a subject matter expert and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local law, as well as internal policies & procedures.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or Certificate Program in Paralegal Studies.
- 5+ years of applicable work experience, preferably working within an in-house legal team for a business/company in a regulated industry.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Relevant computer software knowledge and experience. Strong software skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines on existing and new projects.
- Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in work environment.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
