Job Description

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 

The HRIS Analyst reports to the HRIS Manager and is responsible for providing support for a variety of HR areas and maintaining consistent performance of HR systems, including the applicant tracking system (ATS). The HRIS Analyst builds technical expertise in HR systems and takes an active role in maintaining and improving processes to ensure consistency and compliance of HR and company policies & procedures.

In this position, your main responsibilities include:  

  • Administer and maintain the ATS platform, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency
  • Monitor social media accounts to ensure job postings are accurate
  • Utilize reporting tools to run standard and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and provide insights into HR metrics
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR reports by implementing stringent data validation and quality control measures
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and IT team to test new functionality for any system upgrades, involving relevant business users when necessary
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Marketing to troubleshoot ATS queries, including but not limited to job postings, system functionality, onboarding, and Recruiting
  • Assist with employee data entry and system maintenance tasks as required
  • Create and maintain process documentation for HRIS procedures
  • Point of contact for HRIS inquiries (both UKG and ATS) and provide technical assistance and guidance to team members
  • Work with HRIS Manager on special projects
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or commensurate experience
  • Minimum 2 years general Human Resources experience
  • 1 year of HRIS experience preferred. Experience with UKG Pro, a plus.
