Job Description

The Product Manager will be a customer-centric, data-driven product owner with experience managing enterprise scale products for our clients. This individual will lead the enterprise product lifecycle with data-driven and customer-derived insights to deliver solutions that surprise and delight out clients as well as their doctors and teams!

  • Use data to generate actionable product & member experience insights and set quantified goals
  • Develop deep empathy for our community, leveraging member feedback to make better data-informed decisions
  • Spend time with our clients/members and understand how they engage with our products
  • Guide teams to deliver experiences that address pain points, surprise, delight and are easy to use
  • Launch products that deliver real, measurable value to our community and the business
  • Help the business frame problems to identify new product opportunities and areas for growth
  • Track and improve our product metrics across acquisition, engagement, conversion and revenue
  • Operate with a mobile-first mindset
  • Collaborate with other departments to work towards a clear roadmap of prioritized features and initiatives that deliver against the product vision
  • Proactively solicit diverse perspectives to ensure stakeholders feel engaged and heard before making decisions
  • Know when to engage expertise from outside the team/company to get the best outcomes
  • Communicate clearly about product decisions and performance
  • Engage the right audiences at the right time to encourage action and boost satisfaction
  • Scope initiatives as minimal awesome products that can be shipped at a fast pace
  • Deliver products with a bias towards learning quickly, testing key assumptions, constant iteration
  • Practice hypothesis-driven design, testing, development and delivery
  • Gather requirements, define functionality and set clear goals that drive product iteration and adoption

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of Product Management Experience in a SaaS organization of similar size and scope to Spear
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum Environment

Preferred:

  • Business Intelligence or Analytics background
  • Thrive in high growth or start up environment
