The Receptionist Concierge is responsible for representing Spear Education in the most courteous, compassionate, and professional manner while providing world class reception and customer service to our clients both in person and over the phone. 

Role Summary: 

• Greet the public and provide assistance with client inquiries. 
• Support management at all levels of the organization 
• Communicate with internal departments and key stakeholders by collecting, organizing, monitoring and distributing information as needed. 
• Ensure that communication with other departments is well documented, up-to-date and accurate. 
• Identify and help maintain continuity in the Spear brand. 
• Proactively identify and provide solutions for any issues or problems. 
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to creating and modifying documents and reports using Microsoft Office and NetSuite. 
• Meet the challenge of managing projects and conducting research as directed. 
• Data Entry 

• 3+ years in a Receptionist role in an organization of similar size and scope as Spear Education. 
• A proven track record of providing a world class customer experience  
• Proven ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment. 

• Excellent attention to detail. 
• Must be solutions oriented and motivated to work with minimal supervision.
