Job Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for Employee Relations & Performance Management for our Customer Success group.  The objective is to retain A Players and enable all team members to achieve their goals while maintaining an engaged and productive workforce.  

Role Summary:          

Performance Management

  • Support the utilization of the Performance Ecosystem tools
  • Participate in the 1:1 process
  • Performance Review Facilitation
  • Monitor data-driven human capital metrics and goals

Employee Relations

  • Participate in the employee/employer relationship to maintain an engaged and productive workforce
  • Track Engagement and eNPS scores
  • Handle employee situations with a focus on conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment
  • Counsel and advise managers in interpreting and applying policies and procedures to resolve issues

 Human Resources

  • Participate in areas like communication of HR policies and protocol, conflict resolution, mediation, and disciplinary action

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar discipline required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role at a company of comparable size and complexity as Spear Education required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Employee Relations
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Performance Management and knowledge of associated tools.
  • Advanced Certification such as SPHR or PHR desirable
  • Unbeatable listening, verbal and written communications skills
