Job Description

The ideal candidate will work in our CEREC division and will establish and maintain engaging relationships with doctors, enrolling them in cerecdoctors.com curriculum and memberships.   You are directly responsible for achieving or exceeding annual membership and workshop revenue goals and generating qualified leads for our consulting division.

ROLE SUMMARY:

  • Educate and Enroll Doctors in the Cerecdoctors curriculum
  • Enroll and Enlist qualified leads into future CEREC workshops, seminars and memberships
  • Establish and maintain a quality relationship with each dentist and engage with them during campus events and via phone
  • Onboarding and Nurturing of CEREC New Owners, Engagement in the Manufacturer Supplied “Cerec New Owner Curriculum”
  • Working with Channel Partners to ensure a smooth and rewarding learning experience for our mutual clients

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound calls to our new owner lists, inbound forms and campus workshop follow-up
  • Follow up with leads generated by individual and group marketing efforts
  • Manage workshops schedules and waitlists in both a group and individual setting
  • Provide on-site administration of Hand’s-On programs, working with attendees to continue their Cerecdoctors journey. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Professional, including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Prior experience with a CRM system, preferably NetSuite
  • Track record of meeting monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Unbeatable listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone and relationship building skills (50% phone/50% face to face)
  • Organizational skills and follow-up second to none
  • Willingness to work in a strong team environment
  • Occasional travel to Charlotte is required
  • On workshop days, must be able to work from 6:30am to 7pm
