Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead marketing efforts for Spear Education by leveraging existing and new digital technologies and analytics including prospect / market segmentation analysis and platform analytics, to achieve new members from direct channels and add non-members to Seminars from marketing by the end of 2018.

Role Overview:

1.Support by administering and executing actions in various marketing efforts to ensure that we bring in 3300 new members to Spear 

  • Collaborate with VP of Marketing to integrate new marketing platforms into existing marketing plans to meet new business acquisition strategy objectives
  • Identifies opportunities for assessing new marketing technologies
  • Utilizing various digital products and services, execute assigned tasks in various marketing campaigns

2. Conduct prospect and market segmentation to support marketing campaigns, drive conversions and connect rates

3. Provide regular reporting on success of cross platform marketing activities 

  • Provide weekly reporting to sales and marketing teams on leads generated to ensure that lead flow is adequate and marketing automation is functioning correctly and leads are being followed up on.
  • Provide annual analysis of customer profile attributes to determine insights to more effectively target those individuals who are likely to purchase



Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in similar role
  • Experience with marketing analysis 
  • Beginner/Intermediate Excel experience (testing is required)
