Job Description

The Product Copywriter will assist with the development of educational products and content by drafting supporting materials that clearly demonstrate value to the end user.  This role will also serve as the primary script writer supporting our patient education platform.

Role Overview:

  • Assist in creation of the best educational content that meets the needs of our students across all our “learning channels."
  • Collaborate with production marketing to ensure that product copy is aligned and on brand.
  • Research and author scripts for patient education animations and lobby videos
  • Collaborate with Animation Manager to create patient education storyboards
  • Researches, writes, edits and proofs a range of clinical content to support the creation of products resulting in greater content consumption by end users
  • Work to create copy for various go-to market collateral ensuring that all sales and customer success teams have correct messaging resulting in greater engagement in product releases
  • Assist in the creation of other supporting educational pieces as needed
  • Contributes to the editing and proofing of various digital content pieces

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in copywriting (adult learning, training manuals, and process copywriting preferred) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, communications or journalism preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to write effective, clear and effective copy
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Openness to change
  • Ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources to develop well-researched, sound solutions to problems
  • Fondness for a collaborative work environment, self-directed work time, and directives to enjoy the process
