Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will drive marketing projects to execution. They will work with project stakeholders and the marketing team to successfully create assets that support both customer success and customer acquisition teams/goals. They will ensure successful deployments for Spear marketing projects.

Role Snapshot

  • Oversees the day-to-day execution of marketing projects. 
  • Maintains project milestones and ensures that the end result of each project meets the objective to assist with customer acquisition and customer retention goals.
  • Adhere to and help drive the Spear brand by ensuring brand guidelines and messaging are consistent.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and oversee the quote/PO process. Secure pricing for assets and log for Accounting.
  • Oversee/maintain collateral for on-site and off-site Campus events.
  • Follow outlined process set forth by marketing team
  • Utilize NetSuite to log purchase orders
  • Monitor budgets
  • Collaborate with the Director, Marketing Production to ensure that each project receives the resources and attention needed to be successful
  • Communicate with marketing team and key stakeholders by collecting, organizing, monitoring and distributing information related to each project (i.e. scope change)
  • Utilize Hubspot to deploy email communications to prospects and members
  • Ensure that communication with other areas of marketing and sales is well documented, up-to-date and accurate
  • Define and propose solutions - explore opportunities to add value to the marketing team
  • Become the expert/owner of assigned marketing projects

     

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Marketing or Communication related degree
  • 2-4 years of experience within a marketing analysis capacity using excel, data tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems (Marketo, Salesforce.com, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and proficiency with written grammar ability (you will be asked to provide a writing sample if selected to interview)
  • Experience managing a marketing campaign lifecycle 
  • Strong communication skills to provide status updates, roadblocks, and generate collaboration with multiple stakeholders

Mostly sedentary position, normal bending, stooping and lifting required. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while filming. Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted. Must be able to visually interpret written text, prepare written documents, communicate via telephone and use a variety of computer based business applications. Must be able to visually discern the color spectrum. Must be able to visually and audibly discern artifacts & noise in A/V systems.

Desk & Video Work: Office environment, moderate noise levels, comfortable temperature, no extreme conditions.
