Originally founded in France, Speach now operates from its two legal entities in France and San Francisco in a full international remote mode, with people in the US, France and EMEA.
Speach is a SaaS video and multimedia platform for creating and sharing know-how and best practices among employees. It allows you to build a library of content, accessible to all, on any digital medium, at any time.
The speach is a professional tutorial of 10 minutes maximum, divided into several sequences of one to two minutes. It is composed of 60% video and 40% other media.

More recently, Speach has launched Weet, an exciting video tool that fosters asynchronous communication between employees in any kind of company. Weet is now fully integrated into the Speach Platform, together with Microsoft Teams and Slack.
We are looking for an International Account Executive who has a proven track record in high-growth SaaS/Digital environments, typically in one or several of our key verticals, equally at ease with opening midsize accounts and managing long and complex sales cycles within large corporations.
As a key frontline player, you will be driving the New Business growth at a large international scale, including EMEA and US, with a direct report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Specific skills you will use to sell Speach include:
Creating a new vision for your prospects to better understand the set of problems Speach solves for.
Establishing a business impact model your prospects understand and agree with, that creates urgency by highlighting business losses caused by their current situation.
Communicating clearly and consistently with the CRO to ensure your learnings are shared with the entire Speach team, including transparent and detailed call notes and forecasts.
You are known as a regular over-Quota achiever, accustomed to and driven by the Quarterly Closing pace.
HubSpot, Salesforce or other major CRM tools have been your daily friends for years and you are eager to build and manage your own Sales Funnel together with providing accurate forecasts to the management team.
You are used to relying on proven SaaS sales methodologies such as MEDDIC to strengthen your sales process management.
Facilitating team selling to include the Management Team (CTO, CRO, CEO), Solution Architect, Customer Success and Marketing Team, when appropriate.
Clearly evaluating the closing steps in large accounts and achieving consensus across a broad set of stakeholders. You believe buying has changed and that deals today are more complex and require buy-in from multiple stakeholders. You are adept at bringing different stakeholders together - including Procurement, IT Compliance & Legal - early in the sales process to avoid last minute surprises.
5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions, within, at least, one major international SaaS vendor
Experience in selling solutions or software in large international accounts
Master Degree or equivalent
Fluent in English and French, ideally with native mother tongue in one or the other language, you have great written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Position is fully remote.
