·      Drive supplier selection process through Purchasing and supply chain best practices

·      Assess New and existing supplier Capabilities for product, cost, quality and capacity

·      Drive improvements internal and external utilizing Lean Methodology. Drive supplier improvements utilizing Lean methodologies, supplier scorecards and ensuring supplier compliance, whilst driving systematic problem solving and process improvement plans to deliver value

·      Contribute to end to end supply chain continuous improvement activities

·      Track the supplier’s performance indicators, based on their scorecards and rankings, to facilitate and develop the supply base’s ability to consistently meet or exceed defined expectations

·      Provide leadership during investigations of major problems and or special projects focusing on developing working relationships with suppliers and the supply chain

·      Work with Advanced Engineering and Technical team to define scope and process parameters for supplier selection criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements

·      Act as a change agent to communicate and coach cross functional departments in cost effective end to end supply chain processes minimizing waste and driving disciplined adherence to process and process

·      Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, or Engineering

·      CPSM Certified (Preferred)

·      Lean Practitioner

·      Proficient in Problem solving tools

·      Experience in Metal Stampings, Assembly, Tool and Die
