Job Description

Essential Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned and changed as needed):

The Customer Service Representative serves as the liaison between the customer and internal staff to ensure that the order fulfillment process is completed according to customer requirements and that customer satisfaction is maintained.

Primary Objectives

· Ensure order accuracy with customer

· Gather shipping documents

· Dispatch to warehouse

· Work with customers on shipping

· Coordinate with sales and account management team

· Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

· Experience in shipping and logistics

· SAP/ERP

· Customer service background

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Manufacturing experience preferred
