About the role
The Sample Coordinator owns processing, organizing, and tracking multiple sample sets for all Creative Marketing productions. You will be responsible for maintaining proper sample flow and facilitating all activities around samples and problem solving as needed. Strong attention to detail and organization with the intent to continually make improvements in the sample management process.

This role is based in our NYC headquarters, requires weekly in office work Tuesday-Thursday, but as needed  and reports into Production Director.

Job Description

You’ll love it because you will…

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Merch and Product Production teams to receive and process multiple samples sets during pass off’s
  • Manage communication from Merch team as it pertains to styling and retouching notes, relaying to appropriate teams
  • Track and communicate delays of late or missing samples
  • Ensure all needed assets and resources are identified to successfully meet the project schedule
  • Maintain sample storage and proper disposal of aged samples
  • Troubleshoot any questions or problems from set & post production about samples
  • Communicate with Producers to secure all needed product samples for photo/video shoots
  • Partner with Product Production on optimizing the sample calendar
  • Work with team to pinpoint areas of opportunity in sample process & brainstorm new efficient ways of working

Qualifications

We require…

  • 2-3 years of experience in sample coordinator role or related fashion role
  • Ability to coordinate and to have direct responsibility over a specific set of tasks related to
