Job Description

The Production Coordinator at Spanx supports in creating efficiencies in the Product Development and Production process with a focus on executing high quality product while supporting the brand’s profitability goals. As a member of the Production team you will play an integral role in further achieving, maintaining, and surpassing the hyper-growth journey that is Spanx.

This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters, requires weekly in office work Tuesday-Thursday, and reports into Director, Production.

You’ll love it because you will…

  • Support the Production team throughout the development and bulk execution of product, ensuring key development milestones and Production TNA dates are met.
  • Own sample ordering and ETAs, receipt and review with cross functional partners, and handoff to internal teams.
  • Utilize PLM system to generate style numbers, maintain Packaging BOMs, and manage style assortment updates. Work with CFT to ensure data accuracy when assortment is finalized.
  • Run weekly Excel based reports and other ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Work directly with Production team and vendor partners to assess risk, highlight exceptions, and communicate out issues for internal resolution.

Qualifications

We require…

  • 0-2 years of experience in Apparel Production, Product Development, or Supply Chain
  • Exposure and/or experience Microsoft Office Suite, PLM systems (Andromeda), ERP/Order Management systems (Blue Cherry) not required, but a plus
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trust and build relationships across teams
  • Self-motivation, organization, and initiative to support team and companywide priorities
  • A creative and strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and provide solutions
  • Acknowledgement of curiosity and collaboration within the workplace
  • A desire to learn, contribute, and evolve on all levels
