Job Description;

1. You will  conceptualize innovative new applications for pitches, and follow through with teams in Spadeworx and outside to make these a reality. This is an important part of your work; it should absolutely excite you to be able to make something from scratch, for something with no precedent.
2. As a UX designer, you will represent the user to all teams involved at Spadeworx. You will be a touch point for  both domestic and international clients, and translate their requirements into documentation which will guide all design and development activity.  
3. You will use your expertise to guide all the teams here through a user centric design and development process.
4. You are expected to deliver exceptional visual design, and ensure that this translates to the final product.
5. You should be able to provide a formally grounded  interaction design solution for a problem.

Technical Requirements:

• Formal training in visual arts or communication design.
• Good grounding in the fundamentals of user experience design, and ability to adapt this knowledge to new cases.
• Basic understanding of User Centric Methodology

Tool sets:

Whichever tools you use, you will need to be absolutely proficient in creating the basic deliverables for your work – information architecture documents, process flows, wireframes and visual designs.
