- £24,000.00 - £25,000.00
WHAT'S NEEDED
- An experienced individual is required to manage the kitchen
EMPLOYER INFORMATION
- Staff Restaurant
WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS
- Manage the day to day kitchen operation
- Preparing breakfasts and lunches
- Working hours 06:30 till 15:00
- Paid overtime
- Monday to Friday
- Report to the General Manager
- 35 days holidays annually
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced as a Chef / Kitchen Manager
- Able to manage a kitchen service
- Able to remain calm and focused
- Good financial understanding of food costs and GP’s
- Will work well on own
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
- In line with present France working requirements all candidates are required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the France
