Job Description
This sales management position is for Hilton Brand hotels. You would be required to take any training provided by Hilton and applying that training on the daily basis. Some of the daily responsibilities include: Booking group rooms for the hotel. Booking the meeting space. Creating relations with companies in the area to drive their business to our hotel. Maintaining relations with local companies and groups to bring them back to the hotel. Attending a monthly conference call with the other properties of SHS. Going forward you may be asked to handle multiple properties as we develop more hotels in the area. Overall, creating a base business, allowing the hotel to reach new heights in the competitive local market.
