Job Description

1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

● Develop and implement marketing strategies to acquire new clients and expand our

customer base.

● Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs and

preferences.

● Create compelling marketing campaigns and materials to attract potential clients and

generate leads.

● Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting

client retention.

2. Prospecting for New Business:

● Identify and research potential clients within our target market segments.

● Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels, including email, social

media, and networking events.

● Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients and achieve revenue

targets.

3. Partner Development:

● Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, such as complementary businesses

and industry influencers.

● Initiate and nurture partnerships to enhance brand visibility, reach new audiences, and

drive business growth.

● Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.

 

4. Digital Marketing:

● Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO,

content marketing, email marketing, and social media.

● Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and digital channels to

optimize results and ROI.

5. Marketing Collateral and Content Creation:

● Work with the creative team to develop marketing collateral, including brochures,

presentations, and sales materials.

● Create engaging content that showcases our services, expertise, and value

proposition.

7. Budget Management:

● Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to high-impact activities

and monitoring expenses.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

● Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with a focus on client acquisition and

partner relations.

● Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and lead generation

strategies.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and

partners.

● Proficient in digital marketing techniques and tools, with an eye for creativity and

innovation.

● Analytical mindset to measure marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
