Key Responsibilities

• Performance Optimization: Analyzing, optimizing, and troubleshooting applications to ensure efficiency and high performance.

• Database Management: Creating data storage solutions using SQL/RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and frontend developers to integrate applications with external systems.

• Documentation: Producing technical documentation and user manuals. 

• Application Development: Designing, coding, testing, and debugging Java-based applications.
• Backend Services: Building, maintaining, and scaling secure backend systems and APIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Core Java: Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and related frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Development Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and build tools.
• Database Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL and database design.
• Web Services: Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and microservices architecture.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. 

Senior/Lead Java Developer Responsibilities

• Leading software design and architecture initiatives.
• Mentoring junior developers and reviewing code.
• Coordinating with departments to meet project goals and deadlines.
