Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Sheffield, United Kingdom. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of complex projects across our organisation.
- Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to senior management and key stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
- Manage project resources effectively, including budget allocation and team member assignments
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
- Facilitate effective communication between all project participants, ensuring alignment and clarity of objectives
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the organisation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within constraints of time, budget, and scope
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBoK, Agile)
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
- Experience in resource management and budget control
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and practices
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in presales activities and client-facing roles is advantageous
- Adaptability and resilience in managing changing priorities and project demands
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices

Salary range for this role is £XX,000 - £XX,000 per annum
