Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.
• 6 - 8 years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering as an engineer in global organizations.
• Hands on experience on to strategies performance model, user load model, Infrastructure assessment, tool feasibility assessment, script design, execution, application profiling, application bottleneck analysis, volumetric analysis, mobile application performance testing, reporting and follow-up with project team till closer, benchmark run via CI CD pipeline and cloud platform like AWS, Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

• Analyze system attributes such as responsiveness, throughput, peak workload capacity and stability under load
• Analyze the solution being deployed to production environments.
• Draft performance test strategy model
• Identify performance problems and facilitate the tuning of the application solution early in the development life cycle
• Identify performance tests conducted considering the realistic future volumes and building the true production scenarios
• Must have proficient in script design using JMeter for web and web services
• Experience in NeoLoad and LoadRuuner shall be additional advantage
• Must have proficient in application profiling tool DynaTrace/Grafana & Prometheus
• Must have good application bottleneck analysis skills
• Must have knowledge of heap dump, JVM, AWR report analysis and application bottleneck analysis with help of profiling tool
• Must have experience in cloud platform AWS/Kubernetes
• Experience in CI CD pipeline and GitHub
• Reports are provided from performance center & root-cause analysis for missing KPI’s are summarized for a development teams to address the pain points
• Experience in mobile application performance testing
• Experience in Banking domain shall be additional advantage
• Must have experience in Linux and script design, batch performance test
• Experience in test development, test design, and test data management
• Prior experience in Banking or financing domain is a plus but not necessary.
• Strong communicator with ability to collaborate, build relationships, and support in achieving broader organizational goals.
• Ability to support multi-disciplined teams, in a matrix organization together into one delivery team

What you will do

• Use your deep technical understanding for contribution to the strategize performance model, performance script design, execution, application profiling, bottleneck analysis and recommendation to project team to fix
• Supporting end to end delivery of the product releases & communication with different stakeholders and contributing to defining product roadmap and supporting.

• Contributing to manage central repository and configure load injection machines for load test.
• Develop shell scripts to trigger batch test on target data volume
• Application Infrastructure assessment and load machine capacity planning
• Contribute to performance test community and perform feasibility study to present border audience within organization
• Challenging and supporting people and engineering practices to improve the quality of product.
• Act as a mentor to team and reinforce organizational values and culture.
