Job Description
The jobholder works as a Software Developer / Engineer / Coordinator (d/f/m) and the main tasks are:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend solutions Develop and enhance desktop applications;
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications;
- Support full-stack development activities and collaborate across frontend and backend teams;
- Implement scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions following modern architectural principles;
- Apply and promote software design patterns and best practices, including: (Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, CQRS, Mediator Pattern);
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into reliable software solutions Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
- Identify and execute development activities necessary to deliver systems and products in compliance with regulatory and program requirements;
- Define development checkpoints, reviews, and maturity expectations aligned with program phases and release gates;
- Produce detailed technical documentation and system information to support implementation,testing, and maintenance activities;
- Ensure implementations align with the defined system architecture, models, views, and allocated requirements;
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery;
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of software products.
Qualifications
- Computer Science min Bachelor Degree.
Professional Experience:
- IT / Informations Systems min 2 years;
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture and design principles is needed;
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is mandatory.
IT:
- Experience in C# and .NET Core is a must have;
- Experience with WPF desktop application development is required;
- Experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases is required;
- Solid knowledge of ASP.NET Core; experience with Blazor is considered an advantage.
Languages:
- English - Fluent;
- German - Fluent.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
